Agreement

By downloading or using Lazely ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of service

Lazely is a screen time management app that uses Apple's Screen Time APIs to help you manage your app usage through shields, interventions, and focus sessions. The app requires Screen Time permissions to function.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Lazely only for its intended purpose of personal screen time management. You may not:

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding in Lazely are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

Lazely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
